1. The Atlas plan is not available to residents in the states of Florida, Maryland, New York, Utah, or Washington; or in the countries of Canada or Australia.
2. These benefits must be approved and arranged by Seven Corners Assist.
3. The Patriot plan is not available to residents in the state of Maryland.
4. Assumes $100,000 in coverage ($125,000 for Liaison Travel) for a 30-year-old U.S. citizen with a $0 deductible. Lower your premium cost by choosing a deductible. Plan cost is due upfront–plans purchased for 30 days or longer can be renewed/extended for up to 1 year allowing you to break up your payments.
5. International insurance is not subject to and does not provide certain insurance benefits required by the U.S. Affordable Care Act (ACA). ACA requires certain U.S. residents and citizens to obtain PPACA compliant insurance coverage.
